My wife and I have been volunteers at the local Food Share Garden for the last couple of years, and attention brought by the success, along with good leadership of the garden project, has turned it into an incubator of sorts. Two neighboring towns have started similar Food Share Gardens.

I write about good plain food as a necessary component of health; I am happy to be reminded through your post that survival is a higher priority, and that we all can have more control in our own lives.
