Well, it’s no surprise that increased prices at the store are doing a number on our pocket book. We have two choices: 1. Continue paying and watching your monthly budget dwindle, or, 2. Learn how to make it yourself.

I’m going to be honest here, I’m tired of spending an arm and a leg at the grocery store, when I can make the same stuff myself – naturally.

We have seen natural laundry remedies like soap nuts and natural laundry soap recipes, now it’s time to find natural solutions for stain removal. An added bonus to this is after using this, you won’t have to think twice about buying white shirts for your kids anymore.

Homemade Oxy Clean

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide
  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
  1. In a spray bottle, combine all ingredients. Shake well.
  2. To use, spray directly on stained clothing and allow solution to set on clothes for 15 minutes. Wash as usual.

  1. Question:  How long will the formula last?  Vinegar and baking soda loses its fizz after a while.  Great idea though, thank you.
