How Martial Law Will Lead to the Creation of the Totalitarian States of America

Martial law was originally intended to be used when the United States was under attack during a war.  The precept was to maintain control and a semblance of order, and also to make provisions for the necessity of troops fighting in the United States and the shifting of civic and government assets toward the conduct of the war and wartime industries.  It is supposed to be utilized when the existence of the nation is in grave danger.  Unfortunately, that is not what its purpose is now, under the Obama administration.  Now it is the means to reach the end state: The Totalitarian State.

Obama and his administration, to include such notables as Jeh Johnson, the head of the Department of Homeland Security have already formulated the plans for COG (Continuity of Government) operations to take place immediately following the implementation of martial law.  All of this has nothing to do with protecting the country, and it is completely nebulous and ambiguous, as the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) of 2014 effectively declared the entire United States and the world as a “battlefield in the war on terror.”

Such would ensure a “smoother” transition for Obama to declare the United States under attack even if not a single foreign soldier’s boot touches America’s shores.  Let us place this into a concept in the context of what we have covered:

When Martial Law is implemented, the Constitution will no longer have any effect, and the United States will then be under the rule of Totalitarian Law.

Let’s Look at the Facts

Let those words burn in, Readers, as many are undoubtedly thinking, “This’ll never happen in the U.S.,” or “That’s just fear-mongering.”

No, it is happening in the United States, and it’s a warning based upon facts, not fear, arrived at from the actions of the Obama administration over the past (almost) 8 years.

It is a fact that Anwar al-Alawki, the American-born Muslim cleric was assassinated in Yemen by a drone strike without any attempt at extradition back to the United States and in violation of his rights under the Constitution.  It is also a fact that Christopher Dormer, a former soldier and police officer was killed by a drone strike on U.S. soil instead of bringing him into custody under due process of law.

There is no more due process of law.  The police shoot first.  If the circumstances are nebulous, did you notice how the perpetrator always “commits suicide,” or “he’s killed by police officers” and never makes it to the courtroom?

Another fact that is worse: we have a sitting U.S. president whose Secretary of State at the time (Hillary Clinton) allowed…. allowed, mind you…the Embassy of the United States of America…in Libya…to be destroyed, and the American Ambassador and four of his staff to be tortured and killed.  When asked what caused it all, Clinton responded with “What difference does it make?”  Look at Solyndra, look at Fast and Furious, look at ICANN and the Internet giveaway, look at Obamacare, look at Clinton’s e-mail scandal, and look at all of the unconstitutional Executive Orders and actions.

As soon as Obama can declare Martial Law, he will declare it; he’s creating the conditions leading up to such a declaration such as (but not limited to) war, economic chaos, civil unrest, and intentionally weakening the military of the United States of America.

History Has Shown Us All Along What Will Happen Next

History shows us what to expect under Martial Law and the eventual Totalitarian State that it will usher in.  Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn wrote “The Gulag Archipelago.”  For a primer on totalitarianism and its inception and creation, look no further.  Look to history, for it is not limited by cultural or linguistic boundaries: it is the history of mankind, and therefore it is our history…yours and mine.

“They took those who were too independent, too influential…too well-to-do, too intelligent, too noteworthy.  They arrested officers everywhere.  Thus the population was shaken up, forced into silence, and left without any possible leaders of resistance.” – “Gulag Archipelago I,” page 77

Call it Communism, call it Totalitarianism…it is all the same.  As you may well realize, they will institute these measures by playing upon the fears and base needs of the population.

“The United States will eventually fly the Communist Red Flag…the American people will hoist it themselves.” –Nikita Khrushchev, 6/19/1962, Bucharest, Romania

It was Benito Mussolini, Dictator of Fascist Italy during WWII that first coined the phrase Totalitarian Society.  He had as his motto:

“Everything in the State, nothing outside the State, nothing against the State.”

The stage has already been set in the United States.  The only thing that awaits is the right opportunity, the right moment.

“Never let a crisis go to waste.” – Rahm Emmanuel, Former Obama staffer, current Mayor of Chicago

A little-known work exists that documents the truth behind a society’s demise from free and open to totalitarian…the “Fundamental Transformation,” to paraphrase Barack Hussein Obama II’s campaign slogan.  The work is entitled “Vietnam Under Communism, 1975-1982,” by Nguyen Van Canh, ISBN 0-8179-7851-8.  Here are a few excerpts:

“In rural areas, all cultivated land had been confiscated and made part of agricultural cooperatives.  For dwelling purposes, each family was given a small lot on which to build a home and cultivate a small private garden…Ho Chi Minh, in early 1969, issued a decree saying that the lot allocated to each family was only on loan to it, since the real owner was the State.

State ownership, disguised by such phrases as “the people’s collective mastery of society” has been extended to virtually all forms of property.  In the official view, this means that man no longer exploits man; in practice, it means that the State exploits everybody.”

“Vietnam Under Communism, 1975-1982,” pg. 23

Re-education camps sprung up all over Vietnam after the North took control of the South.  The book painfully chronicles how any undesirables, such as intellectuals, former elected officials, schoolteachers, doctors – basically anyone the Communists chose – were went to re-education camps.  The internees were subjected to a barrage of communist dogma and forced to regurgitate it flawlessly on paper and in speech.  Torture, medical deprivation, forced hunger, and summary execution were the tools employed in the camps.  The Vietnamese also have concentration/forced labor camps that they claim to “exemplify the spirit of collectivism.”

Another work that bears mention is “The Bridge at Andau,” by James Michener written in 1957.  If you want to learn about the heroic resistance of the Hungarians to throw off the yoke of the USSR, this is the book to read.  There is much to be learned from it, and here is an excerpt that shows how true rule under a totalitarian state is administered:

“If there is a single shot from any house, destroy the whole house.  If there are many shots from a street, shoot down every building in the street.” Pg. 76

Remember how Obama signed treaties in the years 2011-2013 with other nations that permitted foreign troops to be deployed on American soil?  Yes, Obama has that right under treaty with a provision that the foreigners are asked to come in to help restore order if he cannot execute the laws of the United States as the Chief Executive Officer.  There is great precedence here.  King George III imported Hessian mercenaries into the Colonies to fight against the Rebels.  In “The Bridge at Andau,” this was done by the Soviets, as cited here:

“…foot soldiers took over…troops patrolling Budapest were found to be Mongols from the Central Asian Republics.   Why had they been brought in?  Because the original troops from Russia proper had been garrisoned in Hungary…so long that they had become too human and could not be depended upon to shoot civilians.

From this it would appear that Russia has adopted a Draconian policy of never using troops in their own native countryside, but always moving into disaffected areas shock troops from remote parts of the empire, and knowing that troops from any given area cannot be trusted to massacre their own kin.”

“The Bridge at Andau,” pages 82-83

When Martial Law occurs, then will come the FEMA camps and detention centers.  Then will come the “reeducation camps,” already suggested for the undesirables such as Constitutionalists, patriots, veterans, and government protestors.

The reeducation camps were actually “suggested” for the United States by none other than former Weather Underground convicted-then-pardoned terrorist William “Bill” Ayers…a man who bombed the Pentagon…and later became a mentor and sponsor to Barack Obama, the current U.S. president.

Travel will be restricted; communication will be suspended.  The economy will collapse, and there will be arrests, detentions, and executions.  The United States as we know it will either cease to exist or change in form.

Do not either be complacent or fall into a state of denial.  These things are metastasizing before our very eyes.  All that is needed is a spark to kindle the bonfire.  Read Orwell’s “1984” to see what it can progress to if we lose in our struggle.  The battle is already joined.  Anyone who you can make aware of what is happening and what will soon happen is perhaps one less person to serve the State and the regime that is coming.

Read the history books.  Regarding heinous things such as descent into totalitarianism, history does repeat itself, unless you use the positive lessons of what people have done to stop it and arrest it.  War is coming, and it will be a war that is used as the trigger to inculcate martial law.  Please keep in mind my caveat:

The next world war will begin with an EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) weapon/device detonated over the continental U.S., followed by a limited nuclear exchange and then conventional warfare.

Resolve yourself to study and keep preparing: you are the resistance.  Keep fighting that good fight!  JJ out!

I have to disagree, it will be the ultimate gorilla warfare. You will find these troops heads on stakes. The US will be at war for the next century. Just like the US has supplied insurgencies across the globe for decades, other countries will supply the rebels. It will be mass slaughter, no prisoners. Anyone that looks like, or acts like a government official will be shot. The most brutal of crimes of war will be brought front as to shock all those who fight against the rebels.

    • Eskimo man

You are dreaming, it is all planned out already. America might be the first country to be wiped off the map.

      • Mike

Nothing goes as planned during war.

      • Eskimo man

Nothing goes as planned for those fighting the war, but everything goes exactly to plan for those who planned the war.

      • Bill the eighth

You are quite ignorant aren’t you?

      • Public school graduate…

      • Bill the eighth

        I thought so.

      • L. A. McDonough

Bill the 8th: you know nothing how globalists operate or their final goals.

      • Bill the eighth

I most assuredly know more than you do about the subject.

      • Eskimo man

You know nothing Bill the dill.

      • Bill the eighth

What a very wise and incisive retort, how very mature and thoughtful. You are a drooling moron.

      • Eskimo man

You are a mentally retarded, moronic, idiotic, imbecile of unbelievable proportions. You are the stupid of the stupid, you might as well call yourself King STUPID. Get a clue LOSER!!!

      • Bill the eighth

Having a hissy fit is normal for a 5 year old, how do you justify it loser? Don’t get your panties wrapped around the axle, just go to your safe space and grab your teddy bear and blanky.

      • L. A. McDonough

I have studied globalist agenda since 1977, read many books and better informed than my peers.

      • Bill the eighth

Well, then, we are about the same. I started investigating the globalist agenda in 1981 – 2 and am also better informed than my peers.

      • Seed_of_Albion

Also, the Prince von Bismarck once said point blank that he didn’t like war “because you can’t control it.” ANd it would be hard to think of a statesman more astute than he. Nobody can control war.

      • The globalist agenda changes with every generation, just like the non-globalist ones.

      • Eskimo man

Seems to me that you are the ignorant one, I have just stated facts.

      • Bill the eighth

You stated no facts and you are completely out of touch with reality. Go back to your igloo and start over.

      • Eskimo man

You don’t know what a fact is King of the IDIOTS, and while your country gets blown to smithereens I will be safe in my igloo.

      • Bill the eighth

Then I will come and take it from you. HA

      • Eskimo man

LOL That would be interesting to see you try weazel.

      • Nothing melts an igloo faster than a nuclear flash.

      • Eskimo man

Yeh right, and they are really going to bother wasting a nuclear bomb on an igloo.

      • If it were in line of sight of the igloo, it wouldn’t necessarily be wasted. I doubt that you would be allowed in line of sight from a strategic target.

      • Eskimo man

They have no reason to nuke Iceland, and the ice of my igloo will withstand the heat generated from a nuclear bomb. That is why I try to stay in my igloo which has several layers for protection.

      • Why wouldn’t Keflavik Air Base outside Reykjavik be on the secondary list of strategic targets in a total thermonuclear war?
The radiant energy levels that vaporized Hiroshima and Nagasaki wouldn’t so the same thing to your house of ice?

      • L. A. McDonough

Those who plan wars today care nothing how many on each side are killed. War is for corp. profit, nothing more. In more primitive times, it was over land and stealing wealth, controlling countries like past dictators, and/or religious type wars.

      • Eskimo man

Yes all wars are bankers wars, but the agenda behind these Jewish bankers is the control of all the Goyim under their Jewish rule. The only race on earth that matters to them is their own, and they need to depopulate for easier control over the masses.

      • L. A. McDonough

I believe they will use bio/chem warfare for depop. and blame it on Russia or some space aliens.

      • Since the United States started as a confederation of free states, the return thereto wouldn’t be particularly difficult for those who are prepared for it. The national guardsmen that I have spoken with have told me that when they have been asked, in muster, for their willingness to volunteer to do what national guard troops did in New Orleans after Katrina, not a single member expressed an interest. They would defend us and themselves against an invasion by federalized troops, and since there are 14 guns per capita in this county, they’d be in good company.

      • Eskimo man

You can’t really defend yourself against nuclear bombs mate, and the fight you are talking about will have no winners.

      • Actually, the underground condos that the elite will hide in are as blast-proof as it gets. If I am close enough to a nuclear detonation to suffer radiation effects, I’d rather die in the fireball. The vast majority of us who do not live in urban areas will only have to stay inside until the fallout cools off a bit, and then get back to as normal a life as the surviving infrastructure allows. Carl Sagan botched the ‘nuclear winter’ calculations so badly that even a full-scale thermonuclear war wouldn’t cause anything worse than a quarter of below normal temperatures. The natural ice age that’s coming will make Sagan’s predictions irrelevant.
The survivors will be the winners, and that is something anyone with normal resources can plan for, if they will. I have.

      • Seed_of_Albion

Right. The alpha & beta radiation from a nuclear weapon are very easily defended against. The gamma radiation is the real problem, but you are right that even that doesn’t last very long. Three weeks. Four, perhaps. That should be enough for those who survive the blast and the gamma radiation to survive. There would then be other, perhaps even more serious problems to contend with, but nuclear war absolutely is survivable–for those who understand a few basic things and who are PREPARED for the aftermath. ANd I doubt that cities would be targets anyway. Military installations and various parts of the infrastructure, but if one accepts the premise that war is for profit and nothing else, then there is little point to destroying cities.

      • The radiation isn’t from the detonation itself, with the sole exception of the gamma, the radionuclides produced by the fission and fusion having very little in the way of gamma emitters.
The best way to survive a nuclear attack unscathed is to be outside the perimeter of the blast and thermal effects and not downwind from a strategic target, as I am. Unless the jet stream were to be redirected by an all out thermonuclear attack, I am not downwind from the ICBM fields in Montana or North Dakota, and the one around Cheyenne, Wyoming is downwind from my home.

      • Seed_of_Albion

Then you are in a truly enviable position. And I wish you the best. And thanks for the physics info. For the present, though, war seems pretty unlikely now that Herself is pretty much on the gallows. She has shot herself right in her cloven hoof. And good riddance to bad rubbish, sez I.

If our Glorious Comrade Leaders tried to insist on a war at this point, our allies would look at them with scorn and say something along the lines of, “Are you fu*kin’ kiddin’ me? Beat it, you stupid slobs!” And that, as they say, would be that. And not a moment too soon.

      • The Pentagon’s current first strike policy doesn’t rely on allies, just finding a warlike enough person to use the “football” outside of a Congressional declaration of war, as has been the case for every American military action since WW2, where we were tricked into it by a executive branch that was looking for a reason. The only limiting factor that would keep us out of a war is simultaneously a justification for getting into a war, the proximity of a inevitable economic downturn that will make the Great Depression look like a picnic in the park. The on-budget national debt works out to $250,000 per capita, and I don’t know anyone who has that amount of money sitting around to pay their share.

      • Seed_of_Albion

Right. Yes, I know all that. I wasn’t clear, for which my apologies. I had shifted gears from nukes to the conventional preps “our” gov’t has been making in Europe–troop movements and placing tanks in Norway on the Russian frontier, etc. Sorry I didn’t make that clear. As for the economic situation–let’s just take the Clinton Foundation’s pile o’ cash and distribute it to deserving citizens. Like you and me. You in??

      • I’m not interested in any of the Clinton Foundation’s ill gotten gain. Accepting it would make me an accomplice in all of Billary’s evil-doing, and much too similar to accepting stolen property.
All of the preparations that ‘our’ government has been making in Europe are actually attributable to it’s proxy, NATO.

      • Eskimo man

If you think that everything is ever going to get back to normal you have got another thing coming.

      • You’ll have to define what you mean by normal since the world hasn’t stabilized into a situation that could be called such in our lifetimes.

      • Eskimo man

The Western Christian world has had a time you could call normal where basically people lived in peace with plenty of work and opportunities.

      • The Western Christian world is based on feudal superstition.

      • Eskimo man

No it’s not, it is based on Christ our Lord, God, and Saviour. Only fools say there is no God, and it is at the height of stupidity to believe that everything comes from nothing. You have a fair bit of searching to do don’t you?

      • I’m done as much searching as it took to discover that biocentricity explains everything better than a book of parables, the bible, ever could. Beyond Biocentricity nails it.

      • Eskimo man

The Bible is not a book of parables, and it will not give an uneducated person in the faith any answers. It is the heretic Protestants that incorrectly say they follow the Bible, but all the answers are in the teachings of the Church through the Holy Spirit of God. Christianity is not a religion of the book and never has been. Biocentricity actually explains nothing, and is a religion for those who prefer to reject God and the truth. There is that much proof of the existence of God it’s not funny, the problem is that the powers of the world hide it and people like you could not be bothered to find it.

      • Biocentricity is no more a religion than Einstein’s theory of relativity which it is built on. Why does God hide from his true believers? Is an omnipotent being afraid to walk down modern streets?

      • Eskimo man

The core meaning of the word religion is BELIEF, so a theory that cannot be proven is just another religion. God does not hide from His followers, in fact He makes Himself known to us. So called believers usually are not followers and really don’t believe in the truth. Why would God bother to walk down modern streets when the vast majority of humanity reject Him and give Him no thanks for anything?

      • Mike

You sound like one of the sheeple who will be herded like cattle to the fema camps. It is better to live like a lion for one day, then a sheep for a thousand

      • Eskimo man

There is no Fema camps in my country, and the Jews that are running the show don’t care about America. All they care about is Israel, and preparing the world for their Antichrist Messiah.

      • Bill the eighth

Then why are you making ridiculous, immature comments on subjects that do nto concern you and that you have no clue about? You must like making yourself look foolish, it fits.

      • Eskimo man

You have not added one intelligent post on this site idiot.

      • Bill the eighth

Like you have, save it for your liberal sycophants.

      • Are you following his lead as best you can fail to understand it?

      • The fact that they aren’t called FEMA camps doesn’t mean they don’t exist. The Jews are the least of your problems unless you live in Israel.

      • Eskimo man

The Jews are controlling everything, and if you don’t know that then you don’t know what is really going on. This is the end of the world playing out here, and if you are not killed you will wish you were dead. We do not have anything like Fema camps in my country because they do not need them.

    • Peter Smith

New Orleans after Katrina; did you see anyone fight back? Did the soldiers or police grow a conscience and side with the “civilians”? No, the state took over, forcibly disarmed people, killed others, and took over the city. Now imagine this on a large scale. The major cities will be locked down and food/water will be controlled by the government so most people will fall in line and those who don’t will be arrested or killed. I don’t see martial law taking place anytime soon but just the slow creep of government in all aspects of our lives. This is the time to prepare, to remove yourself as much as you can from the system. Grow your own food, learn how to service your home and car, stop paying income taxes (legally of course, read Dave Champion’s fantastic book, “Income Tax, Shattering the Myths”), just push government out of your life as much as you can.

      • The best first step is to get the hell out of major urban areas, as quickly as you can.

      • Seed_of_Albion

Yep, which implies having well-laid plans in advance. At least two plans. And stay off of “freeways” and interstates. Stay off of ALL limited-access roads.

      • Seed_of_Albion

Sound advice. And you’re spot on about NOLA & Katrina. But I wonder whether in that situation the civilian population didn’t more or less cooperate with the martial law & the disarming of civilians. PEople were in trouble form a natural disaster, and they might have given way because in the situation it seemed practical to do so. Or maybe not. But if martial law were to be sprung on the population suddenly–absent some factor that could motivate the population to cooperate more or less willingly in its implementation, then I think it would be natural to assume armed resistance, at least “here and there.” I think it will depend on how–and in what circumstances–martial law might be declared. But all we can do is to speculate. But all other factors apart, your advice is very good and sound. I guess I’m just sort of thinking out loud here.

There are so many things written about the people bringing America to the brink of war,but never are these Zionists mentioned that want to rule the whole world with out caring a f ++k about killing millions of innocent People. Israel should be bombed first !!!

    • Peter Smith

Oh fuck off with the anti-Jewish crap. Israel is a tiny speck of a country. Kind of like worrying that Delaware is going to take over the world!

      • Israel is the only nuclear power in the middle east.

      • LUCIFER

If you don’t notice that in your own country the Jews have taken over every aspect of your live already and using dumb asses like you as cannon fodder to invade countries for their and their own country of Israel advancement, starting martial law in your own country turn it in to a totalitarian state to install the NWO. Stand up so your brain can get a bit more oxygen and do some more research !!

      • That was the work of zionists, most of which are not jews.

      • L. A. McDonough

They are full fledged atheists and the name I give them is nihilists 100%.

      • Eskimo man

These false Jews are the ones who created Atheism to serve their antichrist agenda.

      • Eskimo man

There is no such thing as a true Jew because the true ones became Catholic, and the rest had their Messiah killed and became the Synagogue of Satan.

    • L. A. McDonough

These secular Zionists (Khazars, mixed blood descendants from 8th century E. Europe) are scattered all over. Orth. Sephardic Jews and Christians in Israel are not the enemy. Some say Khazars claimed to be Jews, but are mixed blood (Turks, Arab-Palistinian and Euro.)
zionists-globalists names are on the Bilderberg list, incl all races. Israel today is mostly Muslim.

      • Eskimo man

There is no such thing as a true Jew today, they are all members of the Synagogue of Satan who are preparing for their Antichrist Messiah to rule the world in their one world unelected government of the New World Order of the Jews. Read the Talmud and see how anti non Jew the Jews are. We are all just Goyim to them, and the only reason why they allow us to live is to serve them.

A FEW corrections here on this warmongers article. 1st the VIET NAMESE today have a very viable economy and life style {{see cnn s anthony bourdains lastest trip}}this speak of communist this and communist that is what we had to listen to in 60/70 until we got our ass kick out like mad dogs in a fight.and about HUNGARY 1956 you need to tell the whole story .that we used radio free europe to make the hungarian patriots think we were coming in to help them withmilitary force .thats why they reacted with violence .had we not lied and mislead them they would have never done what they did and you are gd propagandist !!! thousand of Hungarians died because our cia under dulles was fomenting the cold war to make billions for brown harriman goldman sachs etc.lies and deceit yet again!!!!!

    • Bill the eighth

Well Dick, if you love communism so much and think it is so “viable” and “prosperous ‘ why don’t you move to North Korea?

      • Libertymike

If one loves communism, why move to a progressive piker when one has the USSA?

The people of North Korea do no live in an electronic prison – unlike the people of the USSA.

      • Bill the eighth

Oh I think they do, they just don’t realize it like some Americans are finally starting to.

      • Libertymike

Basically, no American should fail to understand that we live in a communist cesspool and that our enemies are first and foremost, other Americans who control, depend upon, and / or feed off of the state.

      • Bill the eighth

Agreed Liberty Mike! Although trying to wake some Americans up to the fact they have been hornswaggled is an exercise in futility.

      • Libertymike

Mind you, Bill, I have no desire to relocate to Pyongyang!

      • Most Americans enjoy their electronic chains. Some revel in their confinement in F*c*book.

      • Bill the eighth

They do! Amazing to me, they will literally beg for their chains, morons. Maybe they will have an epiphany when the jack boot kicks them in their fat American ass, knocking them into the trench.

      • They are unlikely to find themselves being kicked by jackboots as long as they are willing to link them.

      • Bill the eighth

Maybe, but didn’t Lenin and Stalin get rid of the “useful idiots” once they had power?

      • Only if and when they had become more dangerous than useful.
I corrected my typo from “link” to “lick”, in case that confused you.

      • Bill the eighth

No, I figured that. Once they realize they’ve been had, they will become dangerous in the extreme.

      • Only if they don’t just go away, as many do when they are beaten down by reality. I’m energized by people like that, because they really need the protection of the crowd, and I’m the biggest mouth therein:-)

I would think so too. However, watching the Yuri Bezmenov interviews changed my thinking somewhat. I think there will be both.

It’s a lie to say that one president, Obama, is the one who “formulated” the Continuity of Government plan. This is a much longer-lived perennial of what Gore Vidal called “the National Security State.” Members of CIA among others participated in COG exercises during Reagan. I can imagine it goes back to FDR and the creation of Mount Weather in the hills of Virginia, during or before WWII. To get everyone paranoid about one Democratic president and to imply some Marxist pal of his is in on it is to do a disservice to the truth of the matter.

In the film “Seven Days in May”, the president (who was to be the victim of a military coup), states that we are living in a new age, the atomic age, where fears of nuclear annihilation provoke extremist reactions. I think we can see the genesis of the modern security state partly in that light as well. We are as the novelist Doris Lessing put it, “the children of violence.”

  • At least the Totalitarian States of America is a more accurate representation of the acronym than Transportation Security Administration.

“Martial law was originally intended to be used when the United States was under attack during a war.”

No, here in the USA there is no sch things as “martial law” or “emergency powers”. READ the US CONSTITUTION, which is still our legitimate government, and it matters not that there are traitors and domestic enemies of our nation serving within our governments. the people who SERVE WITHIN our governments – state and federal – are allowed to use the authority constitutionally assigned to the branch or to an office within a branch, and this is all in writing so can be double checked by anyone.

“The Constitution of the United States is a law for rulers and people, equally in war and peace, and covers with the shield of its protection all classes of men, at all times, and under all circumstances. No doctrine involving more pernicious consequences was
ever invented by the wit of man than that any of its provisions can be suspended during any of the great exigencies of government. Such a doctrine leads directly to anarchy or despotism.” The Supreme Court of the United States, 1866 (back before we had domestic enemies and traitors serving within our court system – and this has NOT been lawfully changed.)

The US Constitution does not allow for those elected, hired, contracted, etc to implement or install “emergency powers”. It is not in their job description, the contract they agreed to when they took the governmental office or position they occupy – elected or hired, military or nonmilitary. The Bill of Rights is a list of further restrictions put upon those who serve or occupy governmental positions; the US Constitution defining exactly what they can do, which restricts, forbids anything else that is not specifically listed there. Remember that America was born during a time of martial law, government troops stationed themselves in homes and trespassed on property without regard for the rights of owners.

The Third Amendment, which is still relevant, maybe even critically relevant with all the discussion of “martial law”. Though the people have not been enforcing it, the right to keep the government, and its agents, out of our homes is an extremely important safeguard against government abuse; but also consider that it also reinforces the principle that civilian authority is superior to the military.

People forget that ARTICLE II, SECTION 2 of the US Constitution says that “The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States,
and of the Militia of the several States, (key words here) WHEN CALLED INTO THE ACTUAL SERVICE OF THE UNITED STATES;”

Those key words back up that only the congress can declare war, call out a military, call up the Militia all when needed. After they (militia and/or military) are called forth then, and only then, does a US President become the Commander in Chief. Only the congress can declare war and send the American people to fight for our nation. Unless those two things are done by the congress – a declaration of war, and the calling forth of the military or militia – there is NO LAWFUL military. That is why the Militia is required to be trained as congress requires the military to be trained as part of the duties both those that serve within the state governments and those that serve within the federal governments have TO THE Militias..

Clause 15: “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel invasions.“

    Which is the Militia
    — Enforcing the US Constitution and each state’s Constitution,
    — Enforcing and keeping the “Laws of the Union” (which are constitutional laws ONLY),
    — Protecting the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign, and
    — “suppressing Insurrections and repelling Invasions”.

Clause 16: “To provide for organizing, arming and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the
Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress”.

Thomas Jefferson, 1st inaugural, explained that: “a well-disciplined militia” is “our best reliance in peace and for the first moments of war, till regulars may relieve them” and also a guarantee of “the supremacy of the civil over the military authority; [and] economy in the public expense.”

Preamble to the Bill of Rights: Congress OF THE United States begun and held at the City of New York, on Wednesday the Fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine. THE Conventions of a number of the States having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best insure the beneficent ends of its institution.”

Dr. Vieira: “The Constitution sets out certain fixed principles of permanent value for WE THE PEOPLE’S control of the institutions called “government” at every level of the federal system. The most important of these is that “[a] well regulated Militia” is “necessary to the security of a free State”, because the overarching purpose of the Constitution is to secure “a free State” for all Americans.

“Emergency does not create power. Emergency does not increase granted power or
remove or diminish the restrictions upon power granted or reserved. The Constitution was adopted in a period of grave emergency. Its grants of power to the Federal Government and its limitations of the power of the States were determined in the light of emergency and they are not altered by emergency.” Home Building & Loan
    Association v. Blaisdell, 290 U.S. 398, 425 (1934)

When anyone who serves within our government declares “martial law” or “emergency powers’, just like “assassination powers” (really First Degree Murder powers) they are committing treason against the American people, and using *terrorism against us.

*28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.

In times of crisis presidents often lay claim to extraordinary powers to preserve the nation. Such emergency powers are neither granted expressly to the president nor delegated to Congress by the Constitution. Instead, they are judged to reside purely in the need for leaders to protect national sovereignty and domestic order. The mandate in Article II that the president “preserve, protect and defend” the US Constitution and uphold its provisions is considered (by those who want those powers) to contain implicitly the notion of emergency powers. Yet that cannot be true since they are required to “PRESERVE”, not only “protect and defend” the US Constitution. In actuality all US Presidents are held to a higher standard then everyone else as
they are the ones charges with implementing the “laws of the land” – all that are IN Pursuance thereof the US Constitution.

The wording of the Presidential Oath was established in the Constitution in Article II, Section 1, Clause 8: ‘Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”’

Notice that the Framers placed the presidential Oath of Office after the beginning clauses which set forth the organization of the executive department, and before the ending clauses that specify the contours of the President’s assigned power. The
President is required to take the oath after he assumes the office but before he can lawfully execute it. The location and phrasing of the Oath of Office Clause strongly
suggest that it is not empowering, but that it is limiting – the clause limits how the President’s “executive power” is to be exercised.

We are NOT even supposed to have a permanent military, and the congress is only allowed to lawfully fund one for two (2) years, unless the CONGRESS declares war. Who is constitutionally required to defend ourselves, our states, our nation? We are, as the Militia.

US Constitution, Article I, Section 8, Clause 11: “To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water”.

Clause 12: “To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use
shall be for a longer Term than two Years”.

George Washington, ex General, ex US President: “It may be laid down, as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every citizen who enjoys the protection of a free government…, but even of his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency.” (“Sentiments on a Peace Establishment”, letter to Alexander Hamilton; “The Writings of George Washington”)

“What, Sir, is the use of a militia? It is to PREVENT THE ESTABLISMENT OF A
STANDING ARMY, the bane of liberty….” Rep. Elbridge Gerry of Massachusetts, floor debate over the 2nd Amendment, I Annals of Congress

“It is always dangerous to the liberties of the people to have an army stationed among them, over which they have no control … The Militia is composed of free Citizens. There is therefore no danger of their making use of their Power to the destruction of their own Rights, or suffering others to invade them..” Samuel Adams

Thomas Jefferson: “For a people who are free, and who mean to remain so, a well organized and armed militia is their best security.”

Ok a A LOT of doom and gloom and I understand why but the truth is, NOBODY can really predict what is going to happen. For me personally I am a firm believer in the chaos theory and the law of unintended consequences. If you want a sad but excellent example, read the story of Mohammed Bouazizi, he is the man who unknowingly started the Arab Spring by immolation. 5 years later the fall of Qaddafi, Mubarak, many other North African dictators and hopefully soon Al Asad his one act of defiance has sparked revolution all across the Middle East. Nobody, not one person EVER could have predicted that the actions of a 26 year old man would forever change the Middle East and as of now start a 5 year civil war in Syria. So those of you that think its going to be “one way or another” stop, you have no idea, no proof and if our nations history is any indication then you need to re-read it, it is rife with twist and turns that nobody could have predicted, engagements that the British should have won and one’s we should have lost, unexpected allies and unacceptable traitors.

  • The bombs that we unnecessarily dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki were the same yield as the tactical missiles that we have provided to NATO to saber rattle in the middle east. We killed more American POWs in those two cities than we did Japanese troops. If your God will protect you from your own ignorance, why should you care about nutrition?
Do you remember posting that “You can’t really defend yourself against nuclear bombs mate, and the fight you are talking about will have no winner.”?

    • Eskimo man

What the f k are you talking about you idiot? Do you really think that I live in an igloo you mentally retarded moron? You are the ignorant one, and God does not protect the ignorant. You think like a f king imbecile. Dumb yanks give me the shits.

      • Dumb isn’t as dishonest as outright lying and ad hominem attacks. I’m glad that your God doesn’t protect the ignorant because he’d have his hands full with you alone.

      • Eskimo man

I have not lied or attacked you, I have retaliated to your stupidity. Also I have not ignored anything, but you continually do. There is only one God stupid.

      • Then why does one of the Ten Commandments prohibit us from having any god before God? Perhaps your God is the source of what you incorrectly label as stupidity.

      • Eskimo man

“Thou shalt not have any false gods before me” False gods, meaning there is only one God stupid. Your FALSE god is the source of all stupidity, stupid.

      • You are the best foundation for stupidity I have found in two decades online. All gods are false gods until they can be confirmed to exist, and no one was ever confirmed that any god exists. That is the reason that belief in God is based on faith, or superstition, defending on which of those synonyms you choose to use.

      • Eskimo man

Only fools say there is no God fool. It is scientifically impossible for there to be no God fool. God has been confirmed for thousands of years fool, just because you don’t know Him doesn’t mean He is not there. Some of us know Him personally so it is not just some stupid belief. The only stupid belief going around is that there is no God and everything came from nothing. The more you talk the more stupid you appear to be fool.

      • Since your grasp of the scientific method probably is as lacking as your grasp of English grammar, I doubt that your vivid imagination would admit the possibility that your ad hominem is no replacement for the complete absence of proof. I’ll let you have this monologue for your own, since it is clear that you couldn’t win this debate if your life depended on it.

My prediction: An ICBM with a nuclear warhead fired by N Korea will not be shot down, but allowed to destroy Seattle (all those leftists, Hillary voters, you see) and President Trump will immediately declare martial law and the internment of gays, minorites, muslims, immigrants and dissenting liberals, starting with the West Coast. Totalitarian government will follow, and anyone who resists wil be either imprisoned or “disappeared”. States rights will disappear as well; Mr. Trump will need to be the “only one in charge”, along with his staff and family members. And goodbye free press.
