Go-Go Juice

Ok, I’m going to admit, I was a bit of a health nut when it came to feeding my babies. I was the mom who made the fresh juice all the time. In fact, I made it so often that my son wouldn’t drink any store bought juice. I had created a monster!

This is my kids favorite homemade juice recipe. When they hear the juicer turn on, they come running! Now that they are a little older, they love to help me make this. I think it’s because they know they will be drinking it faster if they help out.

After drinking this juice, I feel a surge of energy and am ready to run after my kids again.

Go-Go Juice

  • 5-6 carrots, peeled
  • 4 apples, cored and sliced to fit the juicer
  • 3 handfuls of spinach
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 beet
  • 1 peach, cored and sliced – optional
  1. In a juicer, add all ingredients and blend well.
  2. Stir juice well and serve immediately.
