Even in an emergency, kids are going to want a treat. These cookies are ideal because they use items typically stored in emergency pantries and, best of all, they do not require baking. Score!
These cookies have a fudgy texture and are held together by delicious oats and peanut butter – an almost sinful combination.
The kids will love making these!
