Description
Our Bloomsdale Long Standing Spinach is fast growing and takes just 45 days to mature. Succession planting provides a continuous harvest during the entire growing season, plant first in early Spring and then again in late Summer. Pre-soaking seeds improve germination rate. Bloomsdale Long Standing Spinach is hardy in cooler weather and tolerant to frost. Plant in full sun or light shade ½ inch deep with one inch between seeds. Make sure rows are ten inches apart. The entire plant can be harvested at once by cutting at the base, or peel off the outer leaves if desired.
