Well, it’s like they always say, “When life gives you snow, make ice cream.” It’s all in the perspective, folks!

Make use of all that snow coming your way and create a delicious treat with it. You want to collect clean snow before it hits the ground so set out a large metal mixing bowl outside to collect the frozen snowflakes. This will help keep the snow cold when you are mixing in your other ingredients.

Snow Ice Cream

  • 7 cups fresh snow
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Your favorite ice cream accompaniments – chocolate chips, coconut shavings, candies
  1. Place large mixing bowl outside to collect clean snow.
  2. When you have the amount of snow you want, bring inside and add additional ingredients into bowl. Mix to combine.
  3. Serve immediately.
